Thursday of each month from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The Board of Directors of the Downtown Windsor BIA is elected from its membership and approved by the City of Windsor to serve the downtown business community.
Its mandate is to:
• improve, beautify and maintain public lands and buildings within its boundary
• promote downtown Windsor as a business and shopping district
