We use mostly organic ingredients and our entire menu is locally sourced. Every sauce or dip is made from scratch and none of our ingredients come from a box or can.

Our creative name, Chlorophyll, was chosen to signify the natural healing power of plants. Chlorophyll in plants has been proven to improve digestion, enhance liver detoxification, fight cancer, promote healing and protect skin health. Those qualities sum up the purpose behind Nicole’s catering menu, which was created in honour of her late sister, Jennifer.
