Join us for a special weekend of comedy as Windsor Comedy Club presents “Just for Windsor”! In light of the cancellation of the Just for Laughs festival and the termination of their scout, Windsor Comedy Club is stepping up to provide a platform for local comedians to showcase their talents to the community.

About the Event:
In a show of support for Windsor’s vibrant comedy scene, Windsor Comedy Club is proud to present “Just for Windsor,” a showcase featuring some of the city’s most talented comedians. Originally intended for a Just for Laughs scout, this weekend-long event will now give these comedians the opportunity to shine and share their hilarious material with the local audience.
From sharp wit to clever observations, expect a diverse range of comedic styles and personalities as these comedians take the stage to showcase their talents. Windsor Comedy Club is committed to providing a platform for emerging comedians to thrive, and “Just for Windsor” is a testament to that dedication.

Ed has the unique perspective of a comic who lived a lot before getting into stand-up. His favorite targets are himself, everyone else and himself. His jokes punch up & down but mostly, inward. For Ed, few subjects are off limits, but self-deprecation is really the heart of his act. Ed was a fixture in the Vancouver comedy scene for seven years and in addition to performing regularly at local clubs, he also produced many successful shows in the Vancouver area, including the now legendary JFL Northwest Award-winning Stand-Up & Deliver! Comedy Open Mic. Ed now resides in Windsor, Ontario and can also be seen performing in and around the Windsor & Detroit area.
