Application & Selection Process

Vendors must choose the dates which apply to them: Full Regular Season; Part-Time Season; or Occasional Vendor (attending only limited dates). The General Manager will review vendor applications and make the final decision. The Downtown Windsor Farmer’s Market reserves the right to approve or disapprove of any application with or without cause. Vendors in breach of policy will be terminated from the Market.

All vendors must prepay for their selected dates before attending the Downtown Windsor Farmers’ Market (DWFM). Payments made on or before March 15, 2025, will be processed at the standard rates listed in the application form.
