Responsibilities:- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction- Train and supervise retail sales associates- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve store targets- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and maintain a positive work environment- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanlinessSkills:- Retail sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Ability to sell products and services effectively, utilizing persuasive communication skills- Experience conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates for employment- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and staff members- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a wider range of customers- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire the retail sales team- Previous experience in retail management is preferredThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about retail, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
