The Parts Follow-up Analyst position is a highly analytical position that involves material forecasting, planning and follow up in order to ensure just in time delivery of parts to the Windsor Assembly Plant facility. Responsibilities of the Parts Follow-up Analyst include material analysis, managing inventory of assigned parts, and liaising with suppliers for all production direct and indirect parts. The successful candidate will work autonomously in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must be available to work all shifts, and work overtime as required. Basic Qualifications: University Bachelor’s degree required Proven ability to problem solve and present solutions independently Analytical and process driven Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be available to work shift work and overtime as required Legal entitlement to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance related field Previous work experience in supply chain, materials / inventory control in an industrial or automotive manufacturing setting Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing processes Stellantis
