Minimum Qualifications Some experience in leadership and/or administration 3 years of experience working on relevant tasks of the team Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting and forecasting Demonstrated ability to mentor peers through complex problems Basic understanding of delivery team processes Preferred Qualifications 2 years of management, leadership and/or administration experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of project management systems Understanding of data management systems Job Summary The Team Leader of Technology Operations is responsible for leading a focused group of individuals with the core responsibility of planning and implementing technology strategies and tactics efficiently and effectively. This includes managing project timelines, tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies and ensuring escalations are raised appropriately. Responsibilities Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company Document, organize and communicate reports/metrics critical to team effectiveness Pull/create reports for higher level leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment Lead and support their team members on their performance and career development goals Proactively collaborate with the Pulse and their leader on forecasting and staffing talent needs for their team Maintain strong relationships with leaders across the organization Lead and support team members to deliver value and promote change to other teams throughout the business Contribute strategic ideas and innovative thinking to strengthen the impact of the team Act as an adviser to senior leadership, forecasting change, communicating current and/or potential issues and providing operational updates (for communications, projects, data, etc.) Seek to drive continuous improvement using data and information to identify issues and ways to improve Disclaimer This is an outline of the primary responsibilities of this position.
