Account Manager either Commercial or Personal Lines (Broker Support) Your Role within PIB As an Account Manager within our Broker Service Division, your objective will be to provide support to our personal or commercial lines team in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing our book of business. The role focuses on service and administrative support with relationship building in collaboration with PIB’s Account Executive and Account Manager teams. You within our PIB Team Execute the processing of policy changes within the insurance company portals Provide assistance to client-facing brokers by ordering and retrieving insurance reports, following up with the insurance company for policy documents and policy validation reviews to ensure the accuracy of the documents received Process a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to completion of certificates of insurance, letter processing, and mailing of documents Provide support to the client-facing brokers with the preparation of renewal review documents What you need to have RIBO license An eagerness to work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook Experience with Applied EPIC is an asset High school diploma or equivalent experience Benefits and Perks within PIB You will enjoy a competitive compensation model including salary plus commissions A comprehensive employee group benefits package (Health, dental, disability, life, critical illness (optional), and travel) * Bonus Flexibility within role, hours, and office locations (hybrid consideration after training based on needs of clients and organization) Support with continued education and professional fees We are also always interested in hiring brokers looking to build or that already have an established book of business.
