Overview: POSITION OVERVIEW Working in conjunction with, and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads into sales. Not restricted to the traditional Monday-Friday, 9-5 work schedule, the ISR has flexible hours and workdays. The ISR is driven to meet and exceed goals and requires strong organization skills to be successful. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of the ISR include, but are not limited to: Executing the Inbound Lead Process Handling of inbound leads as per OOF/Workflows Be the initial lead contact Owning the nurture process Setting of discovery session appointments Conducting sales presentations Closing sales virtually Goal setting, utilizing leading and lagging indicators Goal achievement and execution, via management of activities, utilizing dashboards Monitoring of indicators in real time, implementation of best practices as per playbooks Conduct presentations, utilizing virtual sales techniques QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Business Administration diploma or degree would be considered an asset Experience in an inbound sales environment is a prerequisite Experience with consultative selling techniques Strong computer skills and can easily adapt to new software, automated databases and tracking Hubspot CRM knowledge is considered an asset FBC PROVIDES: Comprehensive training and development and a supportive environment to ensure success in your career Job stability with FBC being a designated essential service A flexible schedule Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability benefits along with a Health Spending Account APPLY TODAY!
