Note: The following is a contracted position; the JRT agency® is recruiting for this position on behalf of its client, Stellantis CanadaThe Training Support Specialist is responsible for developing, reviewing and localizing training materials for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT® and Alfa Romeo dealer service department personnel. Training curriculum may be delivered leveraging a wide range of blended learning options, including online Learning Management Systems (LMS), in-person presentations and digital/printed takeaway materials.The position is also responsible for a variety of scheduling and reporting duties critical to the success of the training programs, as well as tracking the ultimate completion of required training by dealership personnel.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement Stellantis Performance Institute training programs for dealership service and parts personnel, as well as corporate staffWork with translation vendors to create French versions for appropriate Canadian regionsCreate and conduct a review of training material (English and French) for all fixed operations trainingGather or create assets for course development (images, reference guides, charts, graphs, etc.)Monitor dealership personnel training enrolmentManage schedules of trainers needed for course deliveryProvide weekly and monthly reporting for National Manager, Regional Technical Training ManagersCreate and distribute dealer communications (English and French, working with translation vendors)Maintain electronic department files and course resourcesRespond to inquiries regarding training courses, certification and course credit requests from corporate and dealer-studentsBook trainers/venues for in-person training, arrange printing and delivery of course materials to venue, send invitations and monitor enrolmentManage overall training budgetRequired QualificationsCollege diploma and/or equivalent work experienceHighly competent facilitation, interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and well-organizedAdept computer skills in the Microsoft Office suiteTeam player with the ability to build and sustain credibility with dealer and internal teamsA great attitude and proven ability to be an effective collaboratorMust have the ability to work off standard hours as requiredPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with French language2+ years' experience in automotive training or teachingStellantis Canada is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
