The Parts Analyst is a highly analytical position that involves material forecasting, planning, and follow up in order to ensure just in time delivery of parts to the Windsor Assembly Plant facility. Responsibilities of the Parts Analyst position include material analysis, managing inventory of assigned parts, liaising with suppliers for all production direct and indirect parts and scheduling assignments including managing production gateline restrictions and constraints, data collection and analysis. The successful candidate will work autonomously in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must be available to work all shifts, and work overtime as required. Basic Qualifications: University Bachelor's degree required Practical experience in a supply chain, inventory or business related field Proven ability to problem solve and present solutions independently Analytical, critical thinker and process driven -Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be available to work shift work and overtime as required Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Finance program preferred Previous work experience in supply chain, materials / inventory control in an industrial or automotive manufacturing setting Knowledge of parts specifications, scheduling and follow up is an asset Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes Stellantis
