As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Duties:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or servicesRequirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions- Proficient in data entry and computer skills- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or servicesWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
