Accela Staff

We are looking for innovative, ambitious and high energy Dietary Aides/Servers to perform effectively as a member of a food and beverage preparation and service team and contribute to the success of a food-service operation by applying self-management and interpersonal skills. What will you do? Prepare nourishment and deliver to residential areas. Deliver food carts/trays and return them to kitchen. Collect and store dishes from all areas. Set up serveries in residential areas. Ensure adequate basic supplies in the servery area. Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. What do you need to succeed? Food Handler Certification. One year experience in large quantity food preparation in healthcare setting. Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening. Complete Immunizations record. Experience working in a long-term care sector preferred. Flexibility in hours and ability to work evenings and weekends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. What is in it for you?
