Oversee the entire cycle of ICI construction projects from ground up to the closeout. Manage project schedules and budget, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel. Enforce and monitor safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders. Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
