Posted on: January 6, 2023 Date : Jan. 6, 2023 Job Title: Customer Service Support NOC Code: 6552 Description\Duties Provide quotes to customers; pricing products as requested. This would include communication with customers, suppliers/manufacturers via telephone or emails Sourcing products as needed Tracking inventory Pricing products in showroom Mailing/receiving products – knowledge of UPS/Fed Ex/Transport Coordinating deliveries, repairs and installations – communicating with customers and with company Installers Receive deliveries. May require unboxing some products Assist customers in showroom Qualifications Math skills are a necessity as you need to be able to calculate percentages and cost of exchange rates, shipping, etc. Accounting skills are required to maintain books and keep accurate information Communication skills as this position involves interacting with the customers and suppliers/manufacturers by taking orders, providing feedback on the status of orders, and follow up Multi-tasking skills are needed to perform the job Computer skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of QuickBooks an asset Marketing skills – mass emails and mailers, sending out sales notices Other – deliver products if have valid driver’s licence Salary : $17/hr. Hours of Work : Part time to start ~20 hours per week.
