We currently have a vacancy for Administrative Support in our Windsor, ON, Head Office. Salary: Minimum salary $42,900 or higher based on prior experience Employee benefit package available Responsibilities: Enter and review policy information in our broker management system Process policy billing, create invoices and statements as required Prepare and distribute policy documents Reconcile accounts Maintain confidentiality Perform other administrative duties as required (scan documents, email preparation, mailing documents) Qualifications: RIBO License or University Degree preferred SIG XP experience an asset Experience working on insurance company portals an asset Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as with a team Strong attention to detail Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Excellent oral and written communications skills Self motivated to learn and constantly improve Professional and positive attitude About All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited All-Risks was formed in 1954, incorporated in 1963 and we have been providing quality products and services ever since.
