Full job description Full time position to provide prompt and efficient executive level administrative support for busy Property Management company. This position will be part of a team that is responsible for the day to day operations of a large rental property portfolio in Windsor. a team member to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Candidates must be personable, professional, detail oriented, organized, self motivated, reliable, able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills; prior office/clerical experience preferred, bilingual a plus. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, posting ads, and data software systems . Coordinating and managing rental showings, inspections, keys, etc.. Set up and maintain accurate files and records that may be easily accessed by all team members. Prepare contracts, NOE and legal documents. Type and/or compose letters, purchase orders, vendor contracts as directed. Photocopying, scanning and file administration as needed. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Office Administrator Requirements: High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field. 2 or more years’ office administration experience. Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), similar computer programs, various software packages within established deadlines. Comfortable handling confidential information. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
