This position will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Management team. You will be responsible for planning, and coordinating various aspects of projects and services.Responsibilities (not limited to): Reporting to the Office Manager the Administrative Assistant will:Provide professional administrative assistance to the Management teamProfessionally answer and direct phone callsMaintain filing systemAccurately create and maintain Microsoft Office documentsEffective communication with all members of the team, project managers, suppliers, technicians, and customers Build positive relations with internal and external customersPrepare and distribute tenders/manuals/proposals/quotations/contractsReview component requirements, request quotations, issue purchase orders, reconcile shipping documentation with invoice, process for payment Maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and expendituresEfficiently schedule service team membersOrganizing attending and participating in meetingsServe customer needs by addressing inquiries as requiredTrack job progress and report accordinglyFamiliarity with applicable government regulatory and safety requirementsOther duties as required
