Xenith

The Laboratory Technician assists the team in executing Xenith’s annual quality control testing requirements and supports research and developmental testing. They utilize time management, communication and problem solving skills to meet testing requirements with accuracy and efficiency. They have a focus on attention to detail and work to improve processes every day. The Laboratory Technician works closely with the product team, as well as technical and quality support team members as needed.ResponsibilitiesSupport all daily testing tasks in the laboratoryMaintain test equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevityMaintain overall organization and cleanliness in the laboratoryProvide support in training new lab technicians to test to NOCSAE and NAERA standardsProvide support on quality inspections, product warranty and returnsSupport engineering team in all concept prototyping builds for future developmentSupport lab/engineering in both test fixture and test machine designs and creation to achieve test requirements for both current and new conceptsQualificationsExperience in data analysis and processingStrong mechanical repair/troubleshooting and working skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication skillsDetail-oriented and proactive team playerMust be a Canadian CitizenBenefits: Salary Range $54K – 70K CADBasic benefits (medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, AD&D).Retirement Plan with 3% employer match.20 Days (4 weeks) of paid time off per year, accruing at roughly 6 hours every bi-weekly paycheck.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental careExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingPaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
