Advantages Benefits Competitive pay rate Steady shifts Stable company Opportunity for growth Responsibilities Complete machine repairs, installation, and maintenance Maintain an accurate inventory of known replacement parts Address all department quality issues or concerns for all assigned work and repairs Responsible to ensure down time of machines and equipment is minimized to ensure best practices and customer standards are met Ensure follow up on job requests Work with suppliers for the timely receipt of necessary parts and equipment Schedule preventative maintenance and machine repairs Place a high level of focus on machine cleanliness Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Must have industrial Millwright 433A license Minimum 3 years of CNC Repair experience Minimum 3 years related Maintenance Department experience Must be able to work well under pressure , work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must have strong attention to detail, leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
