Senior Program Director, Gordie Howe International Bridge Parsons is looking for a Senior Program Manager for the Gordie Howe International Bridge. The Gordie Howe International Bridge project is a once-in-a-generation undertaking. Not only will the project deliver much-needed transportation improvements for international travelers, but it will also provide jobs and opportunities for growth to the Windsor-Detroit region and includes features that make this project truly distinctive. The $CA5.7 billion project is being delivered through a public-private partnership (P3) to design, construct, operate, and maintain a new international crossing between Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. The project consists of the longest cable-stay bridge in North America with a main span of 853m (2,798 ft), as well as the two largest Ports of Entry on the northern border, and finally a new interchange with Interstate I-75 in Detroit. Read more about this landmark project here: Need Are you a leader who’s successfully delivering major heavy civil Design/Build P3 projects? Do you like using your business operations management skills to implement strategies for effective project execution? If so, Parsons is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee this landmark project. You will provide direction and management for every phase of the project to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. Our Senior Program Director must be capable of managing a project or program valued over $1 billion in total installed cost. Prior experience must include significant project management or construction management assignments at the Program Director level. Relocation to the job site or travel will be required. We can hire someone based in Canada or the US. The project office is in Windsor Canada, but a US Citizen can be based in the Detroit area and commute to the project office.
