Roles and Responsibilities Meet and greet customers in a smiling, friendly and professional manner Verify show tickets and direct customers to the correct floor as indicated on the ticket Instruct customers to applicable doorways for entering the Entertainment Centre Escort customers to their seat as indicated on the ticket stub(s) Hand out programs for the event Speak to customers to address questions and provide answers in a friendly and professional manner Provides customers with directions to washrooms and concessions Address and resolve seating disputes among customers Close doors as required during performances Monitors and controls customer admittance during performances until appropriate to let them in (varies by performance) Uses flashlights as required for customer safety when entering and existing during performances Opens doors at intermission and at the end of the event Assist customers in relocating seats following intermission Guide customers out of the auditorium Performs other related tasks as assigned Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent Minimum 3 months previous customer service experience Valid Smart Serve Certification require Ability to communicate effectively Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Must be able to work all shifts Applicants must be at least 19 years of age to work for Caesars Windsor Caesars Windsor has created policies and procedures to meet the required Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. 2005.
