Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience in a compliance and/or analytical role Understanding of compliance programs, policies and practices within the mortgage industry’s regulatory and insure environment Understanding of AML/Fraud risks and regulations Strong analytical skills and highly detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulators and mortgage default insurance providers Knowledge of residential mortgage underwriting Job Summary As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for understanding, interpreting and applying compliance guidelines and regulations to company level initiatives. You’ll confirm compliance throughout various stages of the mortgage lifecycle, so we are in line with all provincial laws and regulations. Here, you’ll hold a critical role for the business and support your partners in maintaining and improving business processes and standards. Responsibilities Monitor, review and analyze AML/fraud related items that pertain to the business across all products and business units autonomously Provide compliance-related recommendations to business partners to aid the correct use of policies for projects and change initiatives Represent Compliance team internally as a compliance subject matter resource Continually monitor current, revised and emerging regulations and/or standards pertaining businesses initiatives Assist in auditing current or pending clients for legal and regulatory compliance Provides mentorship and guidance to compliance team members Who We Are Rocket Companies � is a Detroit-based company made up of businesses that provide simple, fast and trusted digital solutions for complex transactions.
