The Calibration Program & Fleet Management Engineer will: Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Electrified Propulsion Systems Be responsible for Project management activities within the Calibration organization including: Financial rollups, Timing development issues management, Project report-outs including Directors Reviews & Management reviews, Leading cross functional teams (through PMC Team meeting), and Leading Quality Gate Reviews. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical degree Minimum ONE (1) year’s business and technical project leadership experience Self-Starter Ability to lead cross functional teams Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy and drive results Drive change where necessary to bring projects to fruition Ability to communicate effectively to senior management Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking Support and promote team above self-interest Process oriented Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) Legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or Master of Business Administration Minimum FIVE (5) years’ experience with an automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above PMP Certified Stellantis
