Active Care Response Team (ACrT)

PROGRAM MANAGER Overall Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to; Create a realistic timeline for the project Plan, prioritize and manage workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time Follow up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly Ensure project team adheres to provide timelines and deliverables Track and maintain documentation throughout project Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with Executive Director Solve any issues that may arise during project Assist in administrative functions Analyze project data and produce progress reports Qualifications and Requirements Post-secondary education in business or related field 5+ years of experience in project management Experience in data analytics and statistics Leadership experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask and manage deadlines) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to adapt to a changing environment or timeline Attention to detail Excellent presentation skills Job Type: Contract Part Time Education: University Degree in a related field Experience: Project management: 5+ years Work Remotely: Hybrid Contract length: 12-36 months Job Types: Part-time, Contract
