Utilize Navisworks and CAD software for project planning. Conduct walkdowns of work scopes and complete relevant check sheets. Manage transmittals, ensuring team quality and accuracy. Maintain document control (both hard and electronic copies). Transfer and receive project documentation through client systems. Create work packages for field personnel. Coordinate with field supervisors on installations and submit RFIs as needed. Preferred Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role. EIT or Journeyperson Certificate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with P6 scheduling is preferred. Experience: A background primarily in electrical work is essential. Candidates should have a strong desire to work within a collaborative team environment while also being capable of working independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a 5-on/2-off schedule, working 10-hour days, depending on project requirements during the construction phase.
