Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre is accepting resumes for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Windsor location. We are dedicated to providing effective and evidence-based practice in a supportive and welcoming private practice. With offices in Windsor and Burlington, Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre is rapidly growing; looking to add an experienced, professional, and reliable team member to this front-line position in our Windsor location. Responsibilities Include: · Responding to telephone and email inquiries about assessment types, fees & scheduling. · Responding to telephone and email inquiries about ADHD & Executive Function Coaching and therapy, fees & scheduling. · Processing client billing. · Preparing accurate receipts for insurance purposes. · Managing scheduling for psychometrists and coaches. · Initial report preparation (extensive training will be provided). · Ordering office supplies. · Coordinating ordering testing administration materials. · Administrative support for the company director. · Other duties as assigned, dependent upon experience.
