This is an exciting opportunity to work on the latest addition to IHG's luxury & lifestyle portfolio, to establish Vignette Collection as a leading brand in the collection segment. Your day to day Brand management: Oversee the successful deployment and evolution of the Vignette Collection brand proposition globally, supporting Brand Director and Regions to achieve business goals/targets. Lead development of key assets/guidelines/training materials, acting as key representative for brand internally and externally Growth: Support pitches, the execution of events and development of key owner-facing materials (e.g. case studies, look books). As required, provide brand input in property review process, attend design meetings and brief branding agencies Brand operations: Partner with Brand Operations, New Hotel Opening and Commercial teams on hotel activation process to ensure successful ramp-up of guest and commercial metrics, with responsibility for the ongoing review and updates to brand standards Marketing & comms: Working closely with marketing/comms teams, support development of robust internal & external comms roadmap and delivery of bespoke hotel marketing plans to drive early brand performance and consideration. Responsible also for ongoing review and updates to brand.com and social media content Customer experience: Ensure successful execution and evolution of brand differentiators. As required, lead any insights work into new guest initiatives or supply chain partners, working closely with Guest Experiences Shared Services and Procurement Learning & development: Oversee development of all training modules and assets, working with regional Learning & Development teams to embed plans What we need from you Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond what's been done before. Someone with a real can-do attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to combine creativity and commercial rigor. You’re a storyteller, appreciate good design and understand how to engage with your audience. You understand brand, marketing and how it drives business advantage Significant experience in hospitality or other consumer-focused sector, preferably within a large multi-national company Demonstrated customer, owner and colleague focus experience Experience in partnering cross functionally in a global organization Demonstrated experience in branding, marketing, operations, commercial and development Influencing audiences through communications, internal and external Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident, self-starter with ability to problem solve and distil issues into clear recommendations Ability to analyse data and business issues to identify risks and opportunities Demonstrated project management experience, executing projects from conception through implementation Commercially astute with proven ability to build confidence and trust with wide range of stakeholders What we offer At IHG we give our colleagues greater flexibility and balance – working in a hybrid way, blending remote and office working.
