Responsibilities Act as the project point of contact for all Commissioning for Electrical Systems requirements and communicate with stakeholders Develop an integrated Handover Plan and Schedule and actively participate in and/or lead Internal and Client meetings related to turnover, commissioning, and handover. Facilitate the Interface meetings with 3rd parties (such as Government Agencies, subcontractors, vendors) and produce notes of record. Participate as the Project Commissioning Coordinator at Sustainability meetings and document reviews (LEED Compliance) for all electrical system issues. Assist in managing the interface with the Commissioning Agent, including contract administration of their subcontract. Coordination of operations, maintenance requirements, and commissioning preparation and deliverables by subcontractors and vendors (schedule tests, training,). Coordinate and administer the Commissioning Schedules, Test Procedures, and submittal forms to WDBA. Coordinate the inputs to the Systems Operations Manual and load required records into the Records Management System Ensure supporting documents for seasonal commissioning, off-seasonal commissioning, and ongoing Building Systems Commissioning Post-Handover. Management of the Commissioning Schedules with BNA Construction and subcontractors. Develop Commissioning Governance documents as required (white papers, forms, guidelines, procedures. Address Non-Conformance Reports and develop responses. Review Commissioning inputs in Quality Inspection and Testing Plans and participate in Commissioning integrated system testing. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A recognized relevant university degree, Engineering degree preferred. Professional Engineer Licensed in Ontario or Michigan is not required but an asset. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience working on large construction projects, especially infrastructure, is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to develop performance tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability managing Client and subcontractor agreements. Ability to manage schedules, activities, and deliverables on multiple project sites is highly desirable. Proficiency with BIM360, MS Excel and Word is considered an asset. Strong process skills with the ability to assimilate information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dragados is an equal opportunity employer.
