Duties: Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner, monitor customer flow for effective service and maximize seating Tend to VIP and Special Guests Accommodate special needs and requests Accept reservations Assist in clearing and resetting tables Process guest reservations and walk-ins through reservation system Qualifications: 1 year previous customer service experience in a full service restaurant Grade 12 or equivalent Valid Smart Serve Certification Required Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to stand for the duration of shift Occasional light lifting required Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
