OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Platinum Direct Hire has an IMMEDIATE opening for a full time, direct hire Office Administrator with some managerial experience, in the Windsor/Essex area. Manufacturing industry experience an asset. Must have your own transportation. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Direct Hire Opportunity Steady day shift Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years experience as an Office Administrator preferred Office management experience a definite plus Ability to handle a variety of administrative requests from management including coordination and preparation of reports Experience processing customs paperwork AutoCAD experience another plus, printing blueprints, however can be trained Payroll experience with Simply Accounting required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Able to handle a multi-line phone system Organizing and scheduling meetings as required Able to type 40+ WPM Must have own transportation Excellent verbal and communication skills EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum High school diploma Business Administration Diploma an asset HOURLY RANGE: $21/hr to start Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $21.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay Application question(s): Available start date if offered an opportunity Experience: AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred) Simply Accounting: 2 years (preferred) Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred) Processing customs paperwork: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: drivers license and own transportation (preferred)
