Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field 3 years of team relations or human resources experience Human resources certification (CHRP, CHRL) Job Summary As a Team Relations Specialist, you’ll advocate for team members, leaders and the company as a whole; handle team member concerns professionally and personally; collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance and mitigation of business risks; analyze metric reports and data to provide recommendations; and work closely with leadership to guide them through complex human resource situations. Responsibilities Advise and support all team members and leaders on team relations related issues by answering questions, giving directions, escalating issues, and offering solutions as appropriate on human resources (HR) issues Collaborate with teams within the Pulse and other business areas as subject matter experts on overall team member experience, engagement and retention initiatives and trainings, and brainstorm solutions Guide leaders in making HR decisions aligned with business objectives that impact the business, team members and the company (e.g., disciplinary action and separation) Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance and mitigation of business risk by advising leaders and team members on applicable employment laws (e.g., employment standards, occupational health and safety, etc.) Collect team member data to identify and summarize trends (e.g., exit interviews, turnover, overtime, etc.) Act as an objective, neutral advocate who seeks to understand, investigate and make unbiased recommendations for all sides: the company, team members and leaders Assist all team members in finding solutions for individual team member challenges (e.g., personal challenges, conflict resolution, etc.) Guide leaders through the effective management of team member performance Benefits and Perks Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
