We are a Real Estate Law Firm practicing in Windsor, with our main branch located in the Downtown-East Toronto area. We practice Residential & Commercial Real Estate, along with Wills & Estates and Corporate Law.We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our growing practice at our Windsor office. We require:The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, duties and responsibilities :- Knows how to handle all aspect of real estate transactions from start to end- Location: Windsor – This will be a hybrid role. – Training will be done remotely from our Ottawa Office- Experience with Unity and Teraview and Microsoft Word- Has the ability to supervise and oversee the law clerks handling of residential purchase, sale, and refinance transactions- Has the ability to explain the legal processes and procedures related to real estate transactions to clients- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines- Strong organizational skills- Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario- Professional, punctual and excellent communication skills, both written and oralThe right candidate is someone who is independent and personable.
