Reminding client to pay (Overdue) . Fund report for executive daily . Normal financial work like bank HR . Salary management for Korean and Local employees . Work regulation and contract . Recruiting, Promotion, Transition . Managing agency worker . Checking attendance for Koran and Local staff GA . Managing the Utilities & Facilities . Managing the service company . Safety and sanitary management . Check the meal for Korean staffs & Supporting the Korean travelers . Supporting the work permit and residence for Korean staff . Training and education management Experience: – Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and document management – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -Fluent in Korean and English is Must have. -Other trainings can be provided if needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits package for the right candidate.
