About us Eplatform business solutions Inc. is HR staffing company focusing in manufacturing sector. In this role: Production team members Manage and oversee all manufacturing operations, including planning, organizing, and coordinating production processes to meet customer demand and quality standards. Optimize production efficiency by implementing lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices. Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, equipment, and labor to meet production targets and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among manufacturing staff. We are looking for people: Fluent in English Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. Have proven experience (5-10 years) in manufacturing management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Press, Welding, Mechanical machining etc., lean methodologies, and production planning Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment. For the leader role only Monitor and analyze production metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and Mass production strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among manufacturing staff. Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning within the manufacturing department. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturing best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes and capabilities.
