Petroleum Service Technician

Job Overview Well established petroleum contractor based in Windsor, Ontario has an immediate opening for a petroleum service technician. The work would involve servicing equipment related to the storage and dispensing of gasoline and related products at retail gas stations. Industry experience would be a definite asset. The successful applicant must be familiar with electronics, electrical systems, mechanical systems and hydraulics and must be proficient with computers. A 309A licensed electrician would be very beneficial. The applicant must be able to work independently to trouble shoot, diagnose and repair fuel dispensing systems. The position does include being on call 24/7 for 1 week per month. Customer service and safety conscientiousness are of paramount importance. Remuneration based upon experience.
