Alarm Technician Duties: – Assemble and install alarm systems according to specifications – Conduct thorough testing of alarm systems to ensure proper functioning – Troubleshoot and repair any issues with alarm systems – Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns – Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions Skills: – Strong technical skills in assembling and installing alarm systems – Knowledge of telephone wiring and being able to identify the demarcation point in customers homes. – Ability to troubleshoot and repair alarm system issues – Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers – Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and testing of alarm systems If you are a skilled Alarm Technician with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
