Those values are: Blaze the Trail, All in one Service, and Together We Win.Job Summary Reporting to the Database Marketing Manager, Windsor Casino Limited, the Database Marketing Analyst utilizes databases of our customers to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of various marketing programs.Job DutiesCreates database queries, files and prepares reports.Coordinates with vendors, maintains lists, and invoices.Prepare and develop reports, response rates, revenues, offers, and customer segmentation analysis.Responsible for all aspects of preparing customer communication: including direct mail, email and through play by the TR app.Preparation and testing of marketing programs including, but not exclusive to variable data proofing.Generate lists for other departments in support of their initiatives.Plan testing and control scenarios based on manager's directions.Perform all required testing.Create content/descriptions for customer offers.Segmentation of customer data to target the right customers based on manager's directions.Liaises with departments and outside agencies regarding initiatives and internal database lists.Extracts customer information lists based on management approved criteria.Adhere to all Responsible Gaming, CASL and other compliances across all aspects of customer data.Assist operational departments with patron inquiries and responds directly to customers when necessary.Complies with Windsor Casino Limited policies and proceduresPerforms any and all related tasks as assigned by managementUpholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all timesJob QualificationsEquivalent to a College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum three year experience in a casino/hospitality environment related to Marketing or experience deemed acceptable by Windsor Casino Limited.Advanced knowledge of word processing, spread-sheeting, data base and industry related software applications and e-mail applications.Knowledge of AS400 quiries.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Excellent analytical skills.Ability to think critically.Ability to obtain a Gaming Employee License.Physical Demands: Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is constantly required. (i.e. more than 75% of time on the job)Must possess a good attendance record as stipulated in the Casino Windsor Non-Union Attendance Management Policy.
