Company Description Job Description Sutherland is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable person to join us as a Lead – HRSS Generalist. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Leads in this role get to: Attract and onboard the best talent: Source and screen profiles from various available approved sources and schedule interview with department heads in hospital and corporate head quarter. Coordinate with recruitment agencies if required. Collect interview records and conduct job approval process from operational team, HR department and finance department respectively. Inform the exam dates to the candidates as per the scheduled exam sheet. Create an individual file with required documents and issue IOM for employment visa once the candidate clears the exam. Introduce the selected candidates to the respective department heads and other departments. Info Qualifications Our most successful candidates will have: – Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management – HR certification preferred – 2 – 4 years experience – Experience in healthcare organization preferred Additional Information
