Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation COMPANY PERKS AND BENEFITS: Direct Hire Opportunity Steady day shift opportunity Occasional overtime and some travel may be required as needed Competitive benefit package including; dental and health benefits, pension, bonuses, and other employee incentives Benefits upon hire possible for the right candidate Growth and advancement opportunities with this thriving industry leader EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years experience as Robotic Paint Line Supervisor with automotive painting experience Supervise and coordinate all work activities of the paint line department Experience with paint line systems, scheduling and mixing of paints Troubleshoot paint line defects and development of maintenance programs Experience with various finishes including clear coat, base coat and primer Programming of paint robots required in a manual paint booth Manual painting experience, troubleshooting and cleaning of paint line equipment Measure and test paint line applications including inspection Comply with applicable legislation, ISO quality programs and operating procedures of the paint process Must have own reliable transportation Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite MUST have valid passport for occassional cross border travel EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Secondary school completion preferred HOURLY RANGE: $30 – $35/hr DOE Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Company pension Discounted or free food Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay Application question(s): Available start date if offered an opportunity Do you have a valid passport and able to cross border for occasional training, or conferences?
