The Office Team Lead is located on site in Windsor, ON, and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. We are currently seeking a Billing Lead. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding & stressful environment Ability to organize and manage an administrative team of 1-2 employees – billing, timecards, admin/clerical, document control, purchasing, etc. Ability to manage and meet team and individual deadlines on a consistent weekly/monthly basis Ability to liaise with client in a timely and professional manner Assist management with a variety of administrative tasks (i.e. expenses, scheduling, etc.) Respond to emails requests on behalf of the Sr. Project Manager/Office Manager Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, as required Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must – i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Collaborate with other company Administrators and colleagues actively Manage the day-to-day workflow as well as possess confidence and strong communication skills to interface with all levels of staff Provide backup assistance to other regional support staff, as needed Ability to multitask and meet several active and competing priorities Self-starter, forward thinking, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage related tasks, deadlines and effort to completion Poised, refined style of written and interpersonal communication, strong proofreading skills Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information competency requirements Change Orientation Communicates Effectively Continuous Learning Customer Focus Holds Self and Others Accountable Problem Solving and Innovation Teamwork and Collaboration Values and Respects Others · Post – secondary education in a related field is considered an asset education requirements work experience requirements 8+ years of experience in a Senior Administrator/Office Manager capacity Experience in a fast-paced work environment Construction industry experience is considered an asset SKILLS, ABILITIES, and other requirements Proficient knowledge and understanding of: Business operations processes Organization and time management Advanced user of: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset Black & McDonald welcomes and encourages applications from persons with disabilities.
