Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Operations and Sales Coordinator to assist the production, graphic design, sales, e-commerce, and customer service functions for our promotional products company. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, driving sales growth, optimizing our online presence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Production: Graphic Design – creation of logos, and marketing materials Assist the production process with orders, ensuring that promotional products are manufactured to meet quality standards and deadlines. Assist with production schedules, inventory levels, and work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials. Assist with troubleshooting production issues and work with the team to implement solutions. Sales and Business Development: Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts. Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for sales strategy adjustments. E-commerce Management: Assist in the oversight of the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions. Assist in the management of online product listings, update product information, and ensure accurate pricing. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, analyze web traffic, and enhance online visibility. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Manage customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Gather customer feedback and work with relevant teams to improve products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in business administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry, with experience in graphic design, production, sales, e-commerce, and customer service. Strong understanding of production processes, sales strategies, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in relevant software applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, Excel, WordPress, and CRM Preferred Skills: Experience with promotional products industry or related field. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and SEO best practices. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
