Job Description In this role, you will use your technical savvy to provide Tier 1 support to customers looking for assistance related to a variety of issues, including phone, tv, and internet connectivity and hardware technical support. You will have the opportunity to showcase your superior customer support and troubleshooting skills while developing your expertise in all aspects of customer service and technology. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support a high volume of inbound calls Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required Proven ability to multitask demonstrated through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred Additional Information About Us: You can grow your own way at Sutherland, do exciting things, and be yourself.
