Overall Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager of Research and Innovation, this role’s primary function will be overseeing the scientific support of our product lifecycle management processes to support Jamieson corporate goals and objectives. Strong communication skills will be employed through liaising with marketing, quality, regulatory, R&D, and finance personnel to identify optimal product development pathways and feasibility. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct consumer-focused idea generation to support new product development and scientific product lifecycle management relating to set business goals. Initiate and execute the scientific review of new ingredient innovations Follow potential products through the development phases, including ideation, scoping, development, and execution.
