Active Care Response Team (ACrT)

PROGRAM ASSISTANT Overall Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to; Provide support to the Project Manager Ensure good flow of each project through communication and follow ups with team Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date Track project changes and report to Project Manager Report all issues as well as potential issues to the Project Manager Assist with administrative duties as needed Conduct field research Perform other duties as required by the Project Manager Qualifications and Requirements Must be bilingual 3+ years of administrative experience required Post-secondary education in business administration or related field Strong aptitude to work within deadlines Experience with field work Ability to work with a team as well as individually when needed Highly organized with attention to detail Excellent time management skills Job Type: Contract Part Time Education: Post-secondary education in a related field Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience 2+ years of field work experience Work Remotely: Hybrid Contract length: 12-36 months Job Types: Part-time, Contract
