PrideNow is seeking a Human Resource Manager located in Windsor, ON.Must be willing to work Onsite.Pay: $65-$80KKey Responsibilities:Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations.Stay updated and ensure compliance.Create, implement, and improve HR processes and systems.Develop strategies for enhancing employee engagement and productivity.Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.Handle hiring and firing processes.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.Work closely with the CFO, GM, and President on strategic HR initiatives.Report directly to the CFO, providing regular updates on HR activities and issues.Event Attendance:Represent the company at various events and functions as required.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.Previous experience in a similar industry or related field is preferred.Skills:Proficiency with ADP payroll systems.Strong knowledge of ESA (Employment Standards Act).Health & Safety/ComplianceWSIBExceptional organizational and process improvement skills.Strong recruitment and onboarding capabilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with senior management.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental careExtended health carePaid time offVision careSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)Experience:WSIB: 2 years (required)ADP: 2 years (required)Human resources: 5 years (required)Location:Windsor, ON (preferred)Work Location: In person
