We are seeking a Full Time Storage Facility Manager to become a part of our team! You will help with customer service, administration, facility, and yard maintenance. The ideal candidate has excellent computer, communication and organizational skills that will help maintain and grow our business. Make Space Storage Windsor is one of our newest facilities located in Windsor, Ontario. We offer boat, RV, portable and traditional storage solutions on this site. About Make Space Inc. Who are we? As a growing national storage company, we have operations from British Columbia to Ontario, and all provinces in between. Each of our 20+ sites have a broad range of storage solutions including traditional, portable and a variety of other storage options for personal or business needs. Responsibilities: Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers. Answer the phones, email and customer enquires in a professional manner. Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary. Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions. Working as part of the team with other departments and Customer Contact Center. Accurate and detailed reporting. Taking payment from clients and helping with onsite access. Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintain units between clients. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Proficiency with computers and system, MS Office including email correspondence and ability to learn new systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding Customer Service, ability to build rapport with tenants, colleagues, and management. Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements. Positive attitude and want to make work environment fun!
