​Hiring employees: conducting interviews, grading skills of interviewee and picking successful candidates Firing employees: Relieving delinquent employees of their duties in a tactful way while maintaining community pride within the organization Scheduling staff Ordering fuel, maintaining fuel pumps, and maintaining a relationship with the fuel supply company that includes forecasting and identifying high volumes times and making sure the station always has fuel Ordering and receiving supplies and other retail items from vendors and contractors as required Monthly sales reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer Maintaining and impressing upon the employees to maintain a very neat, clean facility at all times Planning and executing a marketing plan build around social media first (free platform) Maintain the health and safety of the worksite First point-of-contact for the gas station Training staff and developing required training for staff (Banking arrangements will be in here also but tailored to your organizations needs)​ Working in an office environment Work hours depend on the operation hours of the gas station. A flexible schedule is required including mornings, afternoons, nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. On call, when needed Lift up to 50 pounds Some travel maybe required such as for General Membership Meetings, and picking up supplies as needed Working indoors and outdoors in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions Some travel may require staying overnight depending on location Proficient in Microsoft Office Point-of-Sale system/software.​
