We’re growing!! And looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidates to join our Residential Operations team as Resident Managers and Assistant Resident Managers, in Windsor, ON ! We have both full-time and part-time LIVE-IN roles available! What you’ll be doing: Regular cleaning of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, elevators, laundry room and office area. Building management and office administration. Advertise and show units to prospective tenant, and assist with the rental application process. Conduct on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable provincial legislation, including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code. What we look for: Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Good maintenance and cleaning skills. General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry an asset. Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems an asset. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs. PC skills are required (Word, Excel, e-mail/web). High School Diploma or 3 years work related experience. Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants a strong asset. Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.
