We are looking for innovative, ambitious and high energy Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to provide care to our clients in compliance with internal policies and professional standards of practice.What will you do?Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of clients requiring licensed and unlicensed care and service.Develop and maintain client care plans.Establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.What do you need to succeed?Registered Practical Nurse with current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.Current CPR certificate HCP level.Complete Immunizations record.Experience working in a long-term care sector preferred.Flexibility in hours and ability to work evenings and weekends.Access to a vehicle.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted health care services to individuals and communities across Canada.
